FAQ

1. How long does it take to receive my answer?

Usually within 24 to 48 hours. You’ll get it directly via email. No waiting rooms, no chatbots.

2. What happens to my $20? Where does it go?

We believe in clarity – especially when it comes to money. When you pay $20 for a personal answer, not all of that stays with us. First, there’s the PayPal fee, which takes around $1.20. Then there are the technical costs for the website, domain and tools – roughly another dollar. And of course, taxes: income tax, business tax and VAT take around $4.50. What remains, in the end, is about $13 – and that’s what the person writing your answer earns.

Since we usually take around one hour per response, this means: you’re not paying for speed or scale. You’re paying for time, focus, and a human being who takes your question seriously.

No tricks. No automation. Just one thoughtful reply – from one real person to another.

3. Is my question really anonymous?

Yes. You don’t need to register. We don’t collect your full name or phone number. All communication happens by email – and your message is deleted after your answer is sent (unless legally required otherwise).

4. What kind of questions can I ask?

Anything that’s personal, emotional, or confusing – everyday decisions, meaning of life stuff, situations that keep you up at night.
But: We’re not therapists, doctors, or lawyers. So no medical, legal, or financial advice.

5. What if I’m not happy with the answer?

We try to be honest, respectful, and helpful – but we’re human. If something feels off, you can reply and we’ll try to clarify. But there’s no refund, as each answer is a custom piece of work.

6. Can I get a second opinion later?

Absolutely. Some people come back with a follow-up question or a new topic. Just submit again when you feel like it.

7. Is this therapy or professional advice?

No. Think of it as a written conversation with someone who listens, thinks, and replies honestly – but without diagnosis or treatment.

8. Can I get a refund?

In most cases, no – because each answer is a unique, personal effort. If you submit a message full of hate, abuse or trolling, we won’t reply – and there’s no refund for that. Respect goes both ways.

However, if we feel we can’t answer your question for ethical, personal or other serious reasons (for example, if it crosses into professional therapy or legal territory), we’ll let you know and refund your payment as quickly as possible. No hard feelings – some things just need different kinds of support.
